Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the March On Washington & I have A Dream Speech

Come out Sunday, August 27th; 1:00-4:00PM and join in as Clinton Hill commemorates the 60th Anniversary of the March on Washington with a walk to the sites in the Clinton Hill
neighborhood that Dr. King visited.

Buses will be available to shuttle attendees between Deliverance Temple and Shabazz High School back to their cars parked at
Mt. Calvary Baptist Church.  They will also shuttle attendees with limited mobility between each stop, as needed.

Hello St. John's CBC -

WELCOME to Tithe.ly Giving, we've got 3 exciting options for you today.

Giving to St. John's CBC is about to become easier and more convenient than ever.  

On July 1, 2023 we are officially moving from Faithlife to Tithely Giving.  Tithely Giving is an easy-to-use platform that will allow you to give online, on your phone, and by text.  You can make both; one-time and reoccurring gifts, you can give with a credit/debit card or ACH transaction, and even Cover the Fees (which will help your gift go even farther!)

With the help of Tithely, we also launched a brand new website and church app!  Our church website will be more user-friendly and clean-looking than ever.  Our St. John's CBC App is going to completely change the way you can connect with our church community, with group messaging, a prayer wall, sermon series on audio, and more.  This new platform will keep you connected with St. John's CBC wherever you go.

Here's how to get started.

OPTION 1:  Tithely App

1.  Download the Tithely App from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).   Once you've downloaded the app, select your church and follow the same steps as below:

2.  Open the App and allow notifications (this will allow you to receive PUSH notifications for anything that's urgent for you to know)

3.  Change the App Icon to our Customized church Icon (so on your phone the Icon will say Saint John's CBC)

2.  If this is your first time giving with Tithely, you will be prompted to create an account that you can use for all future gifts.

3.  The first time, you will also need to add your credit/debit card or ACH/banking information.

4.  Once your account has been created, you won't need to enter your personal or payment information.  Just enter your PIN and give!.

NOTE:  To make this process even easier, you can also set up a recurring gift that will automate your regular giving.

OPTION 2: Give on Our Website

1.  Click on this link: https://tithe.ly/give?c=7129220 to access a Giving Form on our church website.

OPTION 3:  Text Give

1. Simple text the word "give" to 833-642-3452.

2. Follow the prompts to set up giving via text.
